Various reports often go viral where people come across secret rooms in their houses. Some discovered tiny, concealed areas that led to a large hallway. In contrast, others discovered what appeared to be a panic room. Generally, this bizarre thing happens when one buys an old house or apartment. Recently, a similar incident went viral where a man found a mysterious door in his new home.

The man shared the whole scenario on the social media platform Reddit. The man has said that he has recently shifted to a new duplex. Here he saw a small gallery, which had only crawling space. The man thought he would find a place to store something here, so he went inside. He found a mysterious door in front, which was closed with 20 big screws. The man thought that he would open the screw and see how much space was behind it. It took him hours to do this work.

After hours of hard work, when he finally managed to open the door, he saw a shocking thing in front of him. He dropped the hammer, screwdriver, and drilling machine from his hands and fainted right there.

The man further shared that he saw a green-coloured, 4-foot-tall man in front of him who had stitches all over his face. The man could not bear the shock of seeing him. When he woke up, he saw that it was not a man but a mannequin, which was made very realistic as a Halloween prop. This must have been kept as a prank by the old people living in the house, which scared the man.

Earlier, a quite similar incident went viral. A woman was shocked as she discovered a long-lost secret room beneath her own home. The homeowner and her partner made the alarming discovery after removing the carpet in the basement during renovations. The room’s entry was a metal door; the couple had previously found another room upstairs, behind a wall mirror, that they now use for their kids’ playroom.

The couple further disclosed that a “sliding door in the drywall” concealed the room. The space was long and narrow, with a working light switch, a drain and some floor mats.
