Ingredients:
Ice
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Orange Slice
60ml Zoya Gin
Tonic Water
1 Sprig Rosemary
Method:
Add ice, cinnamon stick, rosemary, and orange slice to a glass.
Pour gin and top with tonic water.
Stir gently.
Food Pairing: Fish fillet, tofu steak, or malai broccoli.
Orange Twist Gin & Tonic
Ingredients:
60 ml Zoya Gin
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Orange Slice
2 Star Anise
1 Clove
5 ml Spice Syrup
90 ml Tonic Water
10 ml Orange Syrup
Method:
Add ice, star anise, and clove to a glass.
Add spice syrup, gin, and top with tonic water.
Garnish with dehydrated orange and cinnamon stick. Optional: Burn orange for a smoky finish.

Method:
