The price of Photoshop's most popular features just got dropped to zero.
Free app "Photoshop Fix" aims to provide all of the most well-used features from the full Photoshop package without the fees.
Adobe's photo fixing app was one of three Adobe apps presented during Apple's September iPad Pro demonstration, alongside page layout tool "Adobe Comp" and drawing app "Adobe Photoshop Sketch."
The 88MB download offers various approaches to retouching, restoration, editing and other adjustments, with a send and receive function that integrates with "Photoshop Creative Cloud" on desktop computers.
Users will need to sign in using a free Adobe ID in order to access the app's features.
The launch of "Photoshop Fix" came partway through Adobe's MAX conference calendar, with the main sessions running October 5-7, and preconference labs having taken place October 3-4.
