Indian smartphone brand Lava is expanding its lineup with Blaze X. The company recently posted a teaser of their upcoming device on their official X handle. However, the official date for the launch of Lava Blaze X is yet to be revealed.
The teaser offers a glimpse of Blaze X’s sleek design and curved edges. It also reveals that the device comes with a slightly raised rear camera. The volume rocker and the power buttons are also seen on the right edge of the phone.
A picture shared by the company shows the handset in black shade, arranged in the shape of the letter X. Another image depicts the top view of the Lava Blaze X. In this one, four handsets from the same perspective and beige colour way are placed to form the letter X once again. The pic shows the phone with a centered round rear camera module.
A dedicated microsite for the Blaze X is now live on the E-commerce platform Amazon, suggesting Lava’s plan to launch the device in India soon.
However, 91Mobiles has leaked a live image of the Lava Blaze X. It shows the smartphone equipped with a 64 MP dual rear camera system accompanied by an LED flash unit. An engraving on the back panel suggests the device will have 5G connectivity.
The upcoming Blaze X will join the lineup of other Blaze devices which includes the Blaze Curve, Blaze 2 5G, Blaze Pro 5G and Blaze 2 Pro. The microsite indicates the availability of the device to purchase on Amazon. The price of the device has not been revealed as of now.
Last month, Lava launched Yuva 5G smartphone in India with a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a powerful 50-megapixel rear camera.
The device gets an octa-core Unisoc 750 chipset, runs on Android 13 without any bloatware. The company also promised an Android 14 update and quarterly security upgrades for two years. For photography lovers, the device is equipped with a 50 MP rear camera with a 2 MP depth sensor and LED flash. For selfie lovers, it has an 8 MP front camera with a screen flash. The Lava Yuva 5G is priced at Rs 9,499 for the 4GB/64GB variant and Rs 9,999 for the 4GB/128GB variant in the country.
