Deputy Chief Minister Narasimha said, "We want the Centre to make Telangana a reality at the earliest."
New Delhi: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy met Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde in New Delhi on Tuesday. He is accompanied by Deputy Chief Minister Damodar Raja Narasimha. Their visit assumes a lot of significance after YSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy secured bail and intensified the agitation against Telangana in Seemandhra region.
On Monday, Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde said that the cabinet note on the formation of Telangana was not ready. Deputy Chief Minister Narasimha said, "We want the Centre to make Telangana a reality at the earliest." He is from the Telangana region and opposed to CM Kiran Kumar Reddy.
The CM is opposed to Telangana and often expressed his reservations over it.
