Kartik Aaryan and Triptii Dimri are all set to share the screen space together for the highly anticipated Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. Helmed by Anees Bazmee, the horror comedy went on floors earlier this year. Buzz is that, the actors have already signed their second film too. Reportedly, Kartik and Triptii will be seen together in Anurag Basu’s next romantic film.
Producer Bhushan Kumar, in an interview with Zoom, spilled the beans about the upcoming film. While there have been rumours that Kartik and Triptti will be working together for Anurag Basu’s Aashiqui 3, Kumar cleared the air around it and revealed that they are ‘not making Aashiqui 3’ right now. Reportedly, the team is working on another film that is expected to go on floors by July. He shared, “It’ll be directed by Anurag Basu.”
Bhushan further added, “The name ‘Aashiqui’ is not there for this film. When we were making Aashiqui 3, it was not working out. So, now we are making another romantic movie, which Anurag dada is directing. Kartik and Triptii are a part of it.”
Kartik Aaryan is now awaiting the release of his highly anticipated Chandu Champion. The film is all set to release on June 14th. Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and helmed by Kabir Khan, the movie inspired by the real-life story of India’s first Paralympic gold medalist Murlikant Petkar.
Triptii Dimri is all set to star alongside Vicky Kaushal and Ammy Virk in Bad Newz. Directed by Anand Tiwari and produced by Karan Johar, the film is all set to release on July 19, 2024.
After the massive success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, Kartik Aaryan will be reprising his character Rooh Baba for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. The film will also star Vidya Balan in a key role. Back in March, the makers announced the first schedule wrap of the film.
