Junaid Khan Kickstarts Mumbai Schedule Shoot For Romantic Comedy Film With Khushi Kapoor: Report
The film is reported to be a remake of the 2022 Tamil hit Love Today. Junaid will be soon seen in Siddharth P. Malhotra-directed thriller drama, Maharaja.

Aamir Khan’s son Junaid Khan is yet to make his Bollywood debut. He has been shooting back to back and fans are eagerly waiting for his films to be released. There is news that he has begun shooting for a romantic comedy film with Khushi Kapoor in Mumbai. Mid-Day has reported that the initial shooting schedule involves three weeks.

According to a report in Mid-day, sources revealed the shooting began on Monday in Mira Road, Mumbai. While originally scheduled for June, director Chandan moved the start date to accommodate Junaid’s promotional commitments for Maharaj next month. The film is reported to be a remake of the 2022 Tamil hit Love Today, which starred and was directed by Pradeep Ranganathan.

Junaid will be soon seen in Siddharth P. Malhotra-directed thriller drama, Maharaja. The film is based on the Maharaja Libel Trial Case of 1862. The budding actor has already wrapped his second film, as per reports. As Junaid gears up for his debut with Yash Raj Films’ Maharaj, he has also completed his second project after an intensive 58-day shoot.

A source close to the actor revealed, “Despite the demanding schedule, Junaid continues to showcase his versatility as he wraps up a 58-day shoot for his second exciting project!” The title of the film and the plot details have not been revealed yet.

Junaid Khan returned from Japan after completing 50 days of schedule of his upcoming untitled film made under the banner of Aamir Khan Productions. After shooting for a month and a half in Sapporo, Japan, Junaid wrapped up the schedule. The film will also feature Sai Pallavi as the lead.

Recently, BTS pictures went viral online, showing Sai Pallavi and Junaid shooting together against the scenic backdrop of Japan’s Sapporo Snow Festival. According to reports, the entire team, including Junaid, remained determined and continued shooting despite the weather not in their favour. To keep the project on track, the team worked 12–14 hours per day. The reports added that Aamir Khan is in constant touch with his son Junaid and the staff to assess the shoot properly.
