Kareena Kapoor is back again to set an example for fitness. Recently, she showcased her pilates expertise, honing in on arm and core strength in a video shared by her trainer Namrata Purohit.
The picture shows Kareena doing a core-strengthening rowing exercise. She is seen wearing a pink sports bra and black high-waisted gym tights. Namrata captioned it “Pilates Girl” with fire emojis.
Besides pilates, Kareena Kapoor Khan is also dedicated to her yoga practice. On February 3, Celebrity Yoga & Holistic Wellness Expert Anshuka shared a photo of Kareena performing a yoga backbend, known as Wheel Pose or Urdhva Dhanurasana. Anshuka praised Kareena’s discipline. “Backbends with Bebo. Bebo, your discipline, your Yoga journey, the ease with which you gracefully slide into an asana – it’s inspiring,” she wrote.

While Kareena continues to inspire her fans with her fitness regimen, she’s also basking in the success of her latest released film Crew. The film follows the story of three diligent women whose lives take unexpected turns, leading them into a tangled web of deception and lies. In the film, Kareena Kapoor portrayed the character of Jasmine Bajwa, while Kriti Sanon and Tabu played the roles of Divya Rana and Geeta Sethi, respectively.
Crew has achieved a significant milestone in India, crossing the Rs 60-crore mark at the box office. Meanwhile, its worldwide collection has reached an impressive Rs 105 crore.
Looking ahead, Kareena has an impressive lineup of projects in store. She is set to dazzle the silver screen in Rohit Shetty’s action-packed drama, Singham Again, starring alongside a star-studded cast including Ajay Devgn, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff, Akshay Kumar, and more. Additionally, she will appear in the upcoming historical epic Takht, alongside Alia Bhatt, Anil Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, and others.
