83 Star Jiiva and His Wife Involved in Car Accident, Video Shows Tamil Actor Losing His Cool | Watch

Tamil actor Jiiva and his wife met with an accident on Wednesday evening. The couple was travelling to Kallakurichi, in Tamil Nadu, when they hit a road divider. The car was badly damanged. Fortunately, Jiiva and his wife escaped with minor injuries. Photos of the damaged vehicle have gone viral. A video of Jiiva after the accident has also surfaced online.

In the video, Jiiva was seen getting angry at bystanders who appeared to be passing unhelpful comments. He was seen yelling at them while helping his wife out of the vehicle. Watch the video below:

India Today reported that the police officials from Chinna Salem station reached the accident spot. The investigation has begun. The publication reported that they confiscated the damaged car and took it to the police station.

Jiiva was recently in the news for his reaction to the Hema Committee Report. At an event in Theni, the actor said, “I heard about it too. It’s wrong.” He then added, “We had #MeToo part 1 and now part 2 has come. Now, people are openly naming them [abusers]. It’s wrong. We should have a healthy atmosphere in cinema.”

When the journalists tried to prod him furher, he shut down questions about the matter. “We’ve come here for a good event, so let’s say good things. I’ve come to Theni after a long time. I’m coming here after shooting for a movie called Thenavattu. A lot of things are happening in a lot of industries. Your job is to gather news. Our job is to maintain a good atmosphere. As actors, we bring a smile to many people’s faces, and we have come here for that reason,” he said.
