Jaipur: From the moment I walked in till I checked out from Leisure Inn Grand Chanakya, I was greeted with a friendly gesture of acknowledgment and a warm smile, which explains a lot about the importance that courtesy and hospitality carry here. Since the check-in procedure was both quick and easy, I could head to my room within 10 minutes of my arrival at the hotel. So yes, as someone who has a strong fondness for effective and efficient professionals, I was evidently impressed with the hotel’s staff.
Going by the fact that this full-service better-rated hotel provides the guests with a huge range of amenities even for the most reasonably-priced rooms, it is undoubtedly a good value pick for Jaipur. Free Wi-Fi, airport shuttle and cabs that are arranged for local sightseeing (comes at an additional cost) amplifies the value for guests who can’t do without these services.
While the railway station is just 2 km away from the hotel, the airport isn’t that far either (it's 15 km away), making it quite suitable and easy for the travellers. Located on the busy MI Road, Leisure Inn Grand Chanakya is the first hotel to be controlled in India by the Australian corporation, Staywell Hospitality Group.

After a quick tour of the hotel, I visited their pure vegetarian restaurant Grand Chanakya. So all you people who are aware of the fact that Jaipur is packed with multiple amazing surprises for travellers, should know that it offers restaurants that give you vegetarian delights, all to leave you spoilt for choice. Those who don’t want to step out have the hotel’s iconic Rajasthani specialty restaurant Grand Chanakya as an option. The pure vegetarian restaurant which was initially known by the name ‘Chanakya’ reopened recently and lives up to the guests’ expectations of getting authentic local Rajasthani and North Indian fare. Khumb Dal Shorba, Ker-Sangri Ki Subzi, Masala Chaach, Kamal Ke Noor are some of the must-try food items.
The Café Viva which is open 24x7 is a hit with those who want t enjoy Jaipur’s nightlife. Since it is the only hotel with a midnight meal on offer, it has found a huge list of loyal clients.
