Washington: Desperate Housewives star Teri Hatcher fears her producers have to waste thousands in editing suites because of her nipples which become too prominent on screen.
The actress' protruding nipples cause headaches on the set because producers are afraid they'll land the cast and crew in trouble with television watchdogs for being too suggestive.
"The whole first season, thousands of dollars were spent digitally erasing my nipples," she said.
But she complains that other hit shows on US television network ABC get a pass when it comes to breast problems.
"I think Grey’s Anatomy gets to have nipples and I have a little beef to have with the network about that. Then again, they are on at 10 o'clock - 10 o'clock, you can have nipples, nine o'clock no nipples," she added.
