The appointment was made on Friday by Madhya Pradesh BJP President Narendra Singh Tomar.
Dubey has been appointed to make the party strong in the tribal-dominated district ahead of the Lok Sabha polls, State BJP media in-charge Rajendra Soni told reporters late on Friday evening. The post was earlier held by Petlawad MLA Nirmala Bhuria.
