"Pakistani flags have been waved (in Kashmir) and, In Sha Allah (God willing), will be waved in future as well as Pakistan is our neighbour and a well wisher," he said adding that Kashmiris did not wish ill for India.

Pakistani flags have appeared at several separatist rallies in Kashmir since April 15, 2015 leading to severe criticism of the People's Democratic Party government in the state by opposition parties. Ally Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has also voiced its disagreement with the PDP over the issue.
