Toronto: Leander Paes and Lukas Dlouhy entered the semi-finals of the $2,615,000 ATP Rogers Masters in Toronto on Friday defeating fourth seeds Mahesh Bhupathi of India and Mark Knowles of the Bahamas in a tough three set match.
The Indo-Czech pair, seeded seventh, won their quarter-final match 6-4, 3-6, 10-5.
They will now face Canada's Daniel Nestor and Serbia's Nenad Zimonjic in the semi-final.
The second seeded Canadian-Serbian pair won their quarter-final against France's Paul-Henri Mathieu and Russia's Mikhail Youzhny 7-6, 6-4.
In the other quarter-final unseeded Australian pair of Paul Hanley and Jordan Kerr caused an upset winning their quarter-final against fifth seeds Jonas Bjorkman of Sweden and Kevin Ullyett of Zimbabwe.
Hanley and Kerr won in three sets 6-4, 3-6, 10-5 and will meet top seeds Bob and Mike Bryan.
The United States' pair booked their place in the semi-finals defeating Mario Ancic of Croatia and Jeff Coetzee of South Africa 6-3, 7-5.
