Man allegedly barges into house, rapes 42-year-old widow

A 42-year-old widow was allegedly raped by a man in Hisra village in Palamu district on Sunday, a senior police officer said.

Charku Korwa (30) allegedly barged into the house of the woman when she was alone and committed the crime, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ajay Kumar said. Police arrested Korwa, he said. The woman has been sent to Sadar Hospital, Medininagar for medical check-up.
