KOCHI: K V Abdul Azeez, CMD of Skyline Group, has been chosen the chairman of Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI), Kerala.S N Raghuchandran Nair, managing director of SI Properties, has been elected the secretary general and K V Haseeb Ahmed, managing partner of Crescent Builders, has been chosen the treasurer. CREDAI, Kerala, has around 130 builders in its membership list from its Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi and Calicut chapters.
