Mumbai: Google Glass has received a neat update today that brings along with it some interesting tweaks that are sure to make Glass users a happy lot. The update addresses some major issues Glass owners have, including addition of features that lets you place calls and have messages read out aloud to you.

After having improved Google Glass's camera feature last month, the developers have trained their guns at improving the voice experience in this big update. Firstly, you will now be able to have Glass read your messages out to you and have it answer phone calls. You can now command your Glass to "read aloud", "reply", "answer call" and "share with".

Similarly, you can now tap on any of Gmail's "My Contacts" entries to be able to send a message directly to them. Head to the main menu and tap on "message" to swipe through your contacts' profile pictures and then tap to send them a message.
