26/11: NIA to send letter rogatory to Morroco
The NIA wants to get access to Faiza Outalha, the former wife of David Coleman Headley.

New Delhi: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has decided to send a letter rogatory to Morocco government to get access to Faiza Outalha, the former wife of David Coleman Headley, in the 26/11 Mumbai attacks case.

David Headley's Moroccan wife Nia believes Faiza may have known some facts about 26/11.

India is likely to push for an Headley's extradition after the chargesheet against him is filed in Patiala House Court. Even though Headley has entered into a plea bargain, NIA is keen to push for an extradition.
