Ingredients:

  • 1 bowl Makhana
  • 1/2 cup-soaked almonds
  • 10-13 dates
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1 cup sugar-free dark chocolate
  • Handful chocolate chips

How to Make?

  • Step 1: Blend soaked almonds, dates, makhana, sugar-free dark chocolate, and warm milk in a blender until smooth.
  • Step 2: Spread the blended mixture evenly in a large bowl.
  • Step 3: Top it off with some chocolate chips and then place it in the freezer for 8-10 hours until firm.
  • Step 4: Enjoy this delightful treat after your meals to satisfy your sugar cravings.

Another delightful option to try is her recipe of Makhana Rasmalai Pudding.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Makhana
  • 10-12 pista
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 tbsp kesar water
  • 1/2 tbsp jaggery powder

How to Make?
