The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has extended the registration deadline for the Kerala Law Entrance Exam (KLEE) 2024 LLM program until August 6. Candidates who have not yet applied can submit their KLEE registration forms on the official website at cee.kerala.gov.in. The registration process initially started on July 26.
The KLEE admit card will be released on August 12, while the exam is scheduled to take place on August 17. The answer key is expected to be published 1-2 days after the exam. Results will be announced on August 31. To download the KLEE LLM admit card, candidates must use their login details such as registration number and date of birth.
KLEE LLM 2024: Eligibility Criteria
Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens. Only candidates of Kerala origin are eligible for reservations or fee concessions.
Education Qualification: Candidates should have passed the L.L.B. examination (either a 5-year or 3-year course) with at least 50 per cent marks from any recognised university. The university should be either in Kerala or recognised by the Kerala university to which the college they wish to join is affiliated.
Minimum Marks: 45 percent (General), 42 percent (EWS), 40 percent (SC, ST)
Age Limit: There is no upper or lower age limit.
KLEE LLM 2024: How To Apply?
Step 1. Visit the official website of CCE: cee.kerala.gov.in.
Step 2. Create an account using details such as name, email ID and mobile number.
Step 3. Use the login details to complete the form with your personal and academic information.
Step 4. Pay the fees using internet banking, credit card or debit card or use an e-challan at a post office.
Step 5. Upload all the required documents and submit them.
Step 6. Download and don’t forget to print a hard copy for future reference.
KLEE LLM 2024: Exam Pattern
The KLEE LLM exam will be a computer-based test consisting of 200 objective-type questions divided into two parts: Part A and Part B, each containing 100 questions. Part A includes 4 sections, while Part B has 6 sections. Each correct answer earns 3 marks, and each incorrect answer results in a deduction of 1 mark. The exam is worth a total of 600 marks and lasts 4 hours, with 2 hours allotted for each part.
KLEE LLM 2024: Application Fee
For the KLEE 2024 LLM program, the registration fee is Rs 850 for General and Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC) category candidates. Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates are required to pay a reduced fee of Rs 425.
