However, when it comes to the underwater species of plants and animals, humans are way behind as the maximum part of the planet is covered with water bodies. It includes the ocean, rivers, and lakes. Under the same, there are several such creatures that not only amaze people with their mere visuals but also scare for their presence.

In the video, the people in the boat spot something long like bananas under the clear water of the river bank igniting their curiosity. According to the Instagram user, it is speculated to be the skeleton of a Manatee.
The caption under the post describes, “Seriously… and for those who are wondering, these are manatee bones that we came across recently. I honestly wasn’t sure if I even wanted to share this video.”
It further reads, “They have been here for a while too. Exploring areas of Florida, we often come across a variety of things. However, this is a first for us and it was honestly really sad when we realised what we were looking at.”
Additionally, the caption also emphasised the chances of the Manatees’ poaching as it speculated the possible ways of the creature’s death in the river.
Meanwhile, the post has been played over 40 million times on the social media platform, Instagram. Additionally, thousands of followers and viewers have commented on it.
According to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, the Manatees are large aquatic mammals usually found in Florida. They are also known as the sea cows because of their eating habits. While the adult Manatees are measured to be around 9-10 feet long, they can weigh around 1,000 pounds (454 kgs). They have two forelimbs as flippers which these mammals use for steering movements under the water.
