Following her recent stint in Bigg Boss 17, actress Ankita Lokhande became more of a household name and won hearts of millions. Videos of her along with her husband Vicky Jain, who also participated in BB 17, went viral in no time. Now, the actress has expressed her gratitude towards the controversial reality show host Salman Khan.
Calling the Bollywood superstar a big supporter throughout her Bigg Boss journey, Ankita said that Salman Khan guided them to do their best. The Pavitra Rishta actress was at the screening of Patna Shukla, a courtroom drama produced by Arbaaz Khan.
Ankita shared a picture with Salman Khan, Arbaaz Khan and Vicky Jain, and penned a long note on Instagram. They were all smiles as they posed for the camera.
“What an amazing time we had @beingsalmankhan sir has always been a big supporter and always guided us to do our best. His rock-solid support means a lot to us. It feels extra special to have attended the screening of #PatnaShukla, this amazing courtroom drama produced by @arbaazkhanofficial sir. @officialraveenatandon ma’am has done an incredible job and kudos to the entire team for the brilliant efforts,” she wrote.

For the unversed, Salman Khan – on many occasions – disagreed with Ankita on the reality show and showed her the other side of the coin.
In her post, Ankita also praised Raveena Tandon who plays a pivotal role in Patna Shukla. She also appreciated the cast and crew of the film for ‘the brilliant efforts’. Directed by Vivek Budakoti and Rajendra Tiwari, Patna Shukla also stars Sristi Keshri, Jatin Goswami, Indrakumar, Anushka Kaushik and late Satish Kaushik.
On the work front, Ankita Lokhande recently appeared in the historical film, Swatantra Veer Savarkar alongside Randeep Hooda. She rose to fame with her lead role in the iconic serial, Pavitra Rishta. The actress has also featured in films such as Manikarnika and Baaghi 3.
