Actress Divi Vadthya, who impressed the audience with her short but fiery stint in the fourth edition of Bigg Boss Telugu, will be now gracing the silver screen with her upcoming movie Lambasingi. She, along with debutant Bharath Raj, are playing the lead roles in the film.
Lambasingi will serve as the first movie for the Soggade Chinni Nayana fame director Kalyan Krishan’s production house Concept Films. The movie is directed by Naveen Gandhi. The makers, who created hype among the audience by releasing the love song Nachchesinde Nachchesinde of the movie recently, have now released the trailer of the film. It was launched by the filmmaker Harish Shankar. The movie is slated to release in theatres on March 15. The trailer of the movie has gone viral now.
While launching the theatrical trailer, Harish Shankar wished the team good luck and prayed for their success. Regarding the new production venture of Kalyan Krishna through this movie, the director said, “Kalyan Krishna is doing a movie, which means I feel like my own movies." He appreciated the trailer and praised the shooting location of the film. The film is shot in the village of Andhra Pradesh named Lambasingi. The Galipatam fame director, Naveen Gandhi will be returning to the silver screens after a decade with this movie. His last movie was in 2014.
“Director Naveen Gandhi is going to tell a beautiful love story through the movie Lambasinghi. I want this movie to bring a good name to the heroine Devi as well as Bharat Raj." said Harish Shankar while launching the trailer. He announced that the movie will be released on March 15.
While making his acting debut with the movie Lambasingi, the newcomer Bharath Raj exudes youthful charm as the male lead while Divi Vadthya adds innocence to the movie with her expressions and dance. Revolving around the love story of the duo, the movie is set against the increasing conflict between the Naxals and the cops.
The music of the movie is given by RR Dhruva while the cinematography is done by K Bujji.
