SSC CHSL Tier 1 Result 2023: Those who appeared for the exam can check their scores on the official website at ssc.nic.in using their login ID and password

The State Selection Commission (SSC) has released the SSC CHSL tier 1 result 2023. Those who appeared for the exam can check their scores on the official website at ssc.nic.in using their login ID and password. The Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level examination (CHSL) 2023 was held from August 2 to 17.

Candidates who pass the test will be qualified for the SSC CHSL Tier 2, which is scheduled to take place on November 2. Around 1,600 Group C positions in various union government ministries, statutory and constitutional bodies, and tribunals will be filled through this examination.

The commission has announced that the results have been made after analysing the final answer key. “Representations received from the candidates with regard to the Answer Keys of Tier-I Examination have been carefully examined and the Answer Keys have been modified wherever necessary. Final answer keys have been used for evaluation. Marks and Final Answer Keys of the candidates will be uploaded on the Commission’s website i.e. https://ssc.nic.in shortly,” read the official notice by SSC.

SSC CHSL Tier-1 Result 2023: Minimum Qualifying Marks

The minimum qualifying marks in the tier-I examination include:

UR: 30 per cent

OBC/ EWS: 25 per cent

All other categories: 20 per cent

Step 2: On the webpage, click on the SSC CHSL tier-1 result link

Step 3: Log in

Step 4: The result will appear on the screen

Step 5: Save and download for further use.

A total of 19,556 candidates cleared the tier 1 examination and are qualified to appear in the tier 2 exam. A total of 17,495 candidates have been shortlisted for LDC/JSA, 754 candidates for DEO (CAG & DCA), and 1,307 candidates for DEO (other than CAG & DCA). Besides, the results of 10 candidates have been withheld for various reasons. The SSC CHSL Tier I examination carries 200 marks. For each correct answer, the candidate receives two marks, and for each incorrect response, 0.50 marks are deducted.
