Aditi Rao Hydari Wants Us To Wish Her Good Luck For Cannes 2024 And We Did
Ahead of her much-awaited arrival at the French Riviera, Aditi Rao Hydari shared her excitement in a post on her Instagram handle.

Set to attend the 77th Cannes Film Festival, Aditi Rao Hydari is all excited for her red carpet walk. The Heeramandi star will grace the prestigious event as an ambassador for L’Oreal Paris. Ahead of her much-awaited arrival at the French Riviera, she seemingly couldn’t contain her delight and dropped a post on her Instagram handle. In the post, she shared a heartwarming note attached to some captivating photos of herself before jetting off for Cannes.

The actress sported a white jacket featuring balloon sleeves, A-line hem and stripes on its sleeves, adding a bit of drama to her otherwise subtle look. She teamed it up with black pants and a matching cap to complete her appearance. In the photos seemingly clicked at her home, the diva radiated natural charm and joy.

“I Cannes. Wish me luck! We Cannes! Sanu, Eli poo, Sandy, Esther, Vaishnav, Santu, Panks, Shakeel May the force be with us! We are worth it!!!! @lorealparis @lorealindia,” Aditi wrote in her post, cheering her team for the pivotal moment.

The Murder 3 star made her Cannes debut in 2022, leaving many gasping for breath with her oh-so-gorgeous looks. Her attendance in Cannes 2023 was no different. She pulled off a dreamy blue Oscar De La Renta look for a L’Oreal shoot at the festival. Her next look featured her in a ruffled, sunflower yellow gown by Michael Cinco.

Besides her Cannes attendance this year, Aditi has also created a stir on the Internet for her viral ‘gaj gamini’ walk in the song Saiyaan Hatto Jaao from the series Heeramandi. The breathtaking walk won several hearts with some even comparing her with Madhubala. However, the overwhelming response from the audience to her particular walk was something the Padmavat star did not anticipate.

In a recent interview with Connect Cine, Aditi credited her director Sanjay Leela Bhansali for helping her ace the walk. Heaping praises on the Bajirao Mastani director, she shared, “That walk, just that little tukda from thumri, it is all over the internet. I really didn’t expect that and Sanjay sir did say, ‘Ye chaal bahut important hai (This walk is very important).’ He has so much knowledge so he was very much involved in the making of the song.”
