The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has announced the supplementary result for the Bihar Teacher Recruitment Exam (TRE 1.0). Candidates who appeared for the exam can visit the official website of BPSC at bpsc.bih.nic.in and check the BPSC TRE 1 supplementary result.

A total of 4,797 vacancies were received for the supplementary result of TRE 1.0. However, due to the non-availability of candidates in the reserved category in 9-10 English (926), Science (681), 11-12 papers (223), and others (194), that is, the total shortfall of 2024, the remaining 2,773 candidates are being declared successful, according to the information shared by the Commission.

Congratulating the successful candidates of TRE 1.0 Supplementary Result 2023, Chairman of BPSC, Atul Prasad, took to the microblogging site X (formerly Twitter) and wrote, “TRE 1.0 supplementary results have been sent for uploading on our website. Congratulations to all the successful candidates.”

The BPSC TRE 1.0 Supplementary Result 2023 can be accessed through the official website of BPSC. Alternatively, candidates can also follow the step-by-step process mentioned below to access the TRE supplementary result.

Step 1: Go to the official portal of Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) at bpsc.bih.nic.in.

Step 2: Click on the link that reads, ‘Supplementary Results: School Teacher Competitive Examination’ on the portal’s homepage

Step 3: Then, select the subject and class for which you want to check the supplementary result.

Step 4: Once done, the TRE 1.0 Supplementary result PDF will be displayed on the candidate’s screen.

Step 5: Cross-check all the information and download the result for future use.

It is further to be noted that the initial stage of the Teacher Recruitment Examination (TRE 1.0) was carried out by the Commission from August 24 to August 26, 2023. Under this recruitment drive, the commission aimed to recruit teachers for state government schools. The Teacher Recruitment Examination (TRE 1.0) covered classes 1 to 5, classes 9 to 10, and classes 11 to 12.
