The National Law University (NLU) Delhi has begun the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2024 Counselling registration procedure for LLM and LLB (Hons.). Candidates who pass the AILET 2024 will be allowed to apply for law degree admission counselling at the official website, nationallawuniversitydelhi.in.
The application deadline for the AILET 2024 counselling round is December 22, 2023. The first list of tentatively selected applicants will be announced on December 28, 2023. The provisionally chosen candidates from the initial merit list must pay the provisional admission confirmation fee of Rs 50,000 by January 4, 2024. The second list of provisionally chosen candidates will be announced on January 9, 2023, and provisional admission fees will be collected from January 9 to January 15, 2023.
Candidates who have passed their admission test with the requisite score are eligible to register for the counselling procedure. Before submitting the application, candidates must, however, ensure that they have double-checked the seat availability for the courses. Students will be enrolled depending on the availability of seats in each programme as well as their performance in AILET 2024.
AILET 2024 Counselling: How to Register
Students must first input their registration data in order to fill out the counselling form and pay the registration cost. To complete the counselling application, follow the procedures outlined below.

Step 3: Fill out the form and complete the registration.
Step 4: Completing the online counselling application form
Step 5: Choose the link for the final submission and pay the registration fee for counselling.
Step 6: Save and print a copy of the AILET 2024 counselling registration form for future records.
Every year, the National Law University (NLU) offers the AILET for admission to the BA LLB (Hons), LLM, and PhD degrees at several institutes around the country. The AILET 2024 was held on December 10 in 50 test centres across 35 locations in a single shift from 11 pm to 1 pm.
According to the official website, this year’s AILET 2024 had a total of 18044 applicants register for the BA LLB test, with 17174 students eventually taking the test. In the meantime, 1457 out of 1866 applicants who registered took the LLM entrance test.
