Sunny Deol REVEALS Why He Does Not Attend Bollywood Parties: 'People Used To Think...'
Sunny Deol says people used to think he was 'very snooty and snobbish' as he does not attend parties.

Sunny Deol does not attend Bollywood parties often and the actor has been vocal about it. Recently, Sunny was speaking to NDTV when he shared that people used to think he was ‘very snooty and snobbish’ as he does not attend parties. The Gadar 2 star explained that he does attend parties because he is an early riser and not somebody who drinks or dances.

“Then it’s lovely. I am an early riser. So, I am not the guy who goes to parties. Initially, I hardly went anywhere. People used to think I was very snooty, very snobbish, and this and that,” Sunny Deol said.

“But then they eventually understood ki yeh sharmata hai. Aana nahi chahta hai yeh. He doesn’t drink. He doesn’t know what to do. So, nahi ata. They understood me afterwards. So, there is no invitation after that. Because pata hai, yeh nahi aane wala. (That he is shy. He does not wish to come. Hence, he does not come. Because they know what I would not come),” the actor added.

Even though Sunny Deol does not party, he recently dropped a video on social media in which he was seen celebrating Christmas and dancing with his teddy bear. The video instantly went viral on social media and left fans in complete awe.

It was during during Sunny Deol’s recent appearance on Koffee With Karan when the host, Karan Johar revealed the Gadar 2 star loves Teddy bears. “Who would know that a man who could destroy a country with a hand pump, can actually be into teddy bears,” KJo said while sharing the secret.

Later in an exclusive interview with News18 Showsha, Sunny also talked about his love for teddy bears and said, “I always love them. Whenever I go and see a really good teddy bear, I usually pick it up. I just keep them in the house. I talk to them and I have got a small one which sometimes I put in my pocket. It is so cuddly. I don’t know, I love them.”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Sunny Deol made a smashing comeback earlier this year with Gadar 2. The film impressed everyone and earned more than Rs 600 crore at the Indian box office. Next, Sunny is likely to feature in Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana. Reportedly, the actor is in talks with the makers for Hanuman’s role. However, there is no official confirmation of this as of now.
