Janhvi Kapoor Hints She And Ananya Panday Dated Kartik Aaryan, Tells Khushi 'Just Make Sure You...'

Koffee With Karan Season 8: Janhvi Kapoor is going to make some interesting revelations about her personal life in an upcoming episode of Koffee With Karan Season 8. In a brand new promo of the episode, Janhvi also dropped a major hint that she and Ananya Panday dated Kartik Aaryan.

During a rapid fire segment, Karan asks Janhvi if Khushi was to work with Ananya Panday what piece of advice she would give her younger sister. “Just make sure you don’t end up liking the same guys,” Janhvi responds, leaving Karan and Khushi in splits.

For those who didn’t know, Janhvi Kapoor and Kartik Aaryan reportedly dated during the shoot of now-shelved movie Dostana 2. The duo was also spotted holidaying together in Goa in 2021. On the other hand, Ananya Panday and Kartik’s breakup was confirmed by the actress’ mother Bhavana Pandey on Koffee With Karan last year. Kartik and Ananya worked together in the 2019 film Pati, Patni Aur Woh.

Last year on Koffee With Karan season 7, Karan Johar had asked Ananya’s mother, “Who do you think Ananya looks best with?” Her reply was Kartik Aaryan. “Then what happened? Why did they break up?” Karan asked her. Bhavana replied, “I thought you were talking about on screen.” “But if they looked so good together, they should have kept it together,” Karan asked again. She then replied, “You never know. Never say never.”

Meanwhile, Janhvi seemingly confirmed her romance with Shikhar Pahariya. At the start of the promo, Janhvi said, “Yesterday night at the party I was just going around asking people to ask me rapid-fire questions. Navya (Naveli Nanda) thinks I am not ready. She said, ‘Don’t go.” Later in the clip, Karan asked Janhvi to name three people on her speed dial and with her answer, the actress almost confirmed that she and Shikhar are together.

Karan said, “Name three people on your speed-dial list.” Janhvi promptly replied, “Papa, Khushu and Shiku.” She quickly realised that she had mentioned Shikhar Pahariya and her reaction left Karan in splits. During the same game, Karan asked Khushi about Janhvi’s past relationships. Janhvi told Khushi, “I have only dated three boys and we stick to that.”
