As a part of the festivities of Diwali, the entire country is engulfed in celebrating Bhai Dooj with great zeal and enthusiasm. The special day honour the bitter-sweet bond shared between brother-sisters. To mark the special occasion, several Bollywood celebrities including Shweta Bachchan, Navya Naveli Nanda, and more took to social media to extend warm greetings of the day to their siblings as well as fans. From happy, and sad to weird, Shweta Bachchan’s special wish for brother Abhishek Bachchan aptly captures the eternal bond which is filled with fun and excitement. In one picture, Jr Bachchan appears to be making a funny face while striking a pose, another sees the brother-sister duo lovingly smiling at each other. What adds more flavour to the post is their simple yet elegant sartorial picks. While sharing the post, Shweta Bachchan wrote, “What A Guy, just sunshine and rainbows. Happy Bhai Dooj."

Navya Naveli Nanda

Shweta Bachchan’s daughter Navya Naveli Nanda wasn’t behind to fall in the footsteps of her mother. The youngster took to her Instagram story to share a couple of throwback photographs from her childhood days alongside her brother Agastya Nanda. In one photo, Navya caresses her baby brother, in another, the two look like a bundle of joy snuggled inside a warm blanket.

Manish Malhotra took to his social media handle to post pictures of the Bhai Dooj celebration at his residence. The pictures included a family portrait and also a glimpse of Varun Dhawan and his wife meeting Manish’s mom.

Saba Pataudi

Saif Ali Khan’s sister Saba Ali Khan who often creates buzz on social media by sharing stunning photos of her family marked the special occasion of Bhai Dooja with a series of happy family stills. In the photos, the Khan siblings including Saif, Saba, and Soha can be seen chilling with their mother Sharmila Tagore. While sharing the post, Saba wrote, “Big Bro! Prankster pakka. But wouldn’t change that for anything. Love you bhai," before adding the hashtag ‘Happy Bhai Dooj.’

Shekhar Suman

Shekhar Suman took to Twitter to share a happy Bhai Dooj selfie to share the warm greeting of the festival. Dressed in ethnic wear, he wrote, “Happy Bhai dooj to all the brothers."
