The film unit of 45 has released the poster teaser of Karunada Chakaravarthy Dr Shivarajkumar on his birthday. It is the directorial debut of Arjun Janya. Apart from Shivarajkumar, actors Upendra Rao and Raj B Shetty will be seen in lead roles in the film. It showcases Shivarajkumar in a striking gangster avatar.
