Comedy king Kapil Sharma has returned with his latest comedy chat show, The Great Kapil Sharma Show, now streaming on Netflix every Saturday. The premiere episode featured the Kapoor family trio, Ranbir Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor and Riddhima Kapoor Sahni. The three along with Kapil entertained viewers with hilarious family anecdotes and witty jokes. The episode reached its peak when Sunil Grover as Dafli made a memorable entrance and engaged in a fun banter with the Animal star. While fans wait for the upcoming episode, Sharma has been treating fans with the sneak peeks and behind the scenes glimpses from the set. Interestingly, the upcoming episode will feature popular India cricketers Rohit Sharma and Shreyas Iyer. In a recent social media post, the comedian can be seen welcoming Rohit and Shreyas to the stage, accompanied by Rajiv Thakur driving them in electric carts, which are commonly found in airports worldwide.

Apart from Kapil and Sunil, the show also stars Archana Puran Singh as a permanent guest. Additionally, Rajiv Thakur, Kiku Sharda and Krushna Abhishek will entertain viewers in various characters throughout the show. In a recent clip shared by Kapil, the two cricketers made a grand entrance amid loud cheers from the audience. While they waved towards their fans, Kapil greeted them with a hug and they were even accompanied by cheerleaders walking behind their vehicle. While Rohit looks dapper in a grey and black outfit, Shreyas showed his style in black and white attire. Sharing the clip, the comedian wrote, “Will reach to your TV, laptop or mobile by 8 pm sharp, only on Netflix.”

In the recently shared promo, Krushna Abhishek turns into an air hostess and engages in a hilarious conversation with the two cricket stars. As the video progresses, Rohit humourously pokes fun at his teammates and calls them ‘lazy chickens,’ while Shreyas shares amusing anecdotes about facing criticism from senior players. However, his story is interrupted by Rohit, who jokingly claims that Shreyas is referring to him. The final moment of the teaser shows Rohit and Shreyas playing a game of cricket with Kapil and his team.

Later in the clip, Kapil transforms into the former cricketer Navjot Singh Sidhu, who was a regular guest on Kapil’s previous shows before being replaced by Archana Puran Singh.
