While the same emojis were posted by Malaika’s sister, Amrita Arora. Fans and followers also expressed their admiration for Malaika’s post with heart-eyed emojis.

Being a staunch advocate of yoga and its benefits, Malaika dedicated a fitness-inspired post to all the women on the occasion of International Women’s day. The 47-year-old actress struck a reverse warrior Yoga pose as she encouraged all the women to embrace the fighting spirit within them. In the caption of the post, Malaika wrote that women should proudly flaunt their warrior side and celebrate the existence and how strong they are. She listed some of the things that a woman does from doing all the daily work, taking care of the family to making a difference at her workplace and always gracefully surpassing what is expected of her.

Taking that message as an inspiration, Malaika gracefully did the reverse warrior pose also known as the Viparita Virabhadrasana for her followers. Listing a few benefits of this yoga asana, Malaika wrote that it allows for a freer deeper breath as it opens the side body and chest, releasing all the tension in the muscles around the ribs. She also mentioned that the asana helps increase the blood flow which helps reduce fatigue and calm the mind.
