The fourth season of The Boys has commenced and some horrific deaths have already occurred. But among the key characters, there’s one in particular about whom fans are concerned: he might not live to see the ending.
The Boys’ episode Dirty Business this week features A-Train (Jessie T. Usher), who at last takes a stance and acts morally. Does A-Train’s heroic act in this week’s episode, however, imply that he will die? Fans certainly believe that.
This esteemed member of The Seven is under the constant threat of time running out. His time might be over once it explodes.
He may not survive Season 5 or may even die before the show concludes, assuming typical TV clichés hold. If the horrific demise of Black Noir (Nathan Mitchell) taught us anything, it’s that no Supe is safe and that betrayal doesn’t sit well with Homelander (Antony Starr).
About 40 minutes into the show, the scene takes place.
Kimiko (Karen Fukuhara) attempts to persuade A-Train to save Mother’s Milk (Laz Alonso) when he collapses from what appears to be a heart attack.
Supe first declines, stating that he would be murdered if he got involved, especially with Homelander below in Tek Knight’s (Derek Wilson) home.
However, Kimiko exploits a string of book names to appeal to his better side. For the Sake of His Daughter, which isn’t a genuine book, by the way, is the one that seals the deal.
A-Train sighs, takes MM, and rushes him to the hospital.
Determining the identity of “the leak,” or the individual providing The Boys with information, has occupied a significant portion of the storyline for The Seven this season.
It’s clear to viewers that Mole is A-Train, and even though Sage (Susan Heyward) is aware of this fact; the reason she hasn’t disclosed this information is still unknown.
The initial alleged leaker, Anika (Ana Sani), has been lasered by Homelander.
In the conference room of The Seven, Cameron Coleman (Matthew Edison), the second suspect, was fatally beaten.
The Rule of Threes would practically require that A-Train die as well when he is inevitably unmasked as the leak.
Aside from that, A-Train used his powers to good effect.
There were no press conferences, cameras, or carefully staged phoney news reports to present Vought in a positive light. It was just A-Train being a good Samaritan and a kid admiring him for it.
They were the only ones aware of it. There is no doubt that this affects A-Train.
A-Train now understands what it means to be a true superhero, so he must die.
