Presenter-cum-actor Govind Padmasoorya will return to the silver screen with his upcoming project, Manorajyam. The makers have unveiled the official first-look poster of the film, featuring the lead cast, on its social media handle. Here are all the details of the release.
The film is being dubbed as a light-hearted family entertainer, made under the direction of Rasheed Parakkal. The official first-look poster of the film was released on Monday. The lead, Govind Padmasoorya, along with the production banner behind the project, shared the poster on their official Instagram accounts. The poster shows several characters captured sitting on a staircase, some engaged in their selves. While our protagonist, seemingly a groom, sits gloomily beside an annoyed-looking bride. It is shared with the caption, “Here is the first look poster of our film Manorajyam. This light-hearted entertainer is our humble attempt to bring smiles to your faces. See you soon in theatres.”

Manorajyam is being helmed by Rasheed Parakkal, who also wrote the story. The cast of the release includes Govind Padmasoorya, along with Ranjitha Menon, Navas Vallikkunnu, Gokulan, Yashvi Jaswal, Jason Wood, Rayan Bikaadi, Resmi Jayakumar and many others. The film is being produced by Anasmon C K under the banner of Indie Genius Films. Yunuseo has been roped in as the music composer and the cinematography is being handled by Madhes R while Noufal Abdullah is doing the editing.
Govind was last seen in Neeraja, a Rajesh K Raman directorial released in 2023. It stars Shruti Ramachandran, Guru Somasundaram and Govind Padmasoorya. Smt Uma and M Ramesh Reddy, under the banner of Suraj Production and Ayoob Khan, composed the music.
