The highly anticipated action thriller, Devara Part 1, featuring Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor, is generating immense excitement among fans as its release date, September 27, approaches. With production nearing completion, the buzz is growing exponentially. Adding to the anticipation, the makers have now announced the release date for the film’s second song.
On Friday, Janhvi Kapoor heightened the excitement by sharing a new poster on her Instagram, showcasing herself and Jr NTR in a charming and romantic setting. In the poster, Jr NTR can be seen holding Janhvi by her waist. The actress captioned the poster, “The most awaited #DevaraSecondSingle arriving on August 5th. #DevaraonSep27th.”
The film’s first single, titled Fear Song, had already set the stage for high expectations. Producer Naga Vamsi had boldly claimed that it would surpass the popularity of Hukum, a hit track from the film Jailer, also composed by Anirudh. True to his word, Fear Song became a massive success, living up to the hype.
Currently, the filming of Devara is almost complete, with only a few songs left to shoot. The action thriller film is getting ready to release on September 27. Written and directed by Koratala Siva, the film stars Jr NTR, Saif Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, Shruti Marathe, Prakash Raj, Srikanth, Shine Tom Chacko and Narain. The film is produced by Sudhakar Mikkilineni and Kosaraju Harikrishna under the banners Yuvasudha Arts and NTR Arts. It was officially announced in April 2021 under the tentative title NTR 30.
Anirudh Ravichander is providing the music for this film, while the cinematography is by R Rathnavelu. Bollywood actors Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan are making their Telugu debut with this film. Khan and Janhvi joined the sets in April last year. Devara: Part 1 is the first part of a two-part film.
OTT platform Netflix has acquired the OTT rights of NTR Devara’s film at a huge price. According to the information, it is going viral on social media that Netflix has acquired the OTT rights of Devara by paying Rs 155 crore.
