Restaurant Review: Capers
Restaurant Review: Capers
When it started functioning, it gave the residents of Ghaziabad an option to organize family functions, and dinner parties.

New Delhi: When it started functioning, it gave the residents of Ghaziabad an option to organize family functions, and dinner parties.

Now, Golden Tulip (Vasundhara) has emerged as the place to be recommended to others, with many heading to its restaurant Capers for an enjoyable dinning experience.

Décor: The restaurant’s interiors might look basic to you, but it still succeeds in leaving an impact. At least, it doesn’t scream for a showy interior. The choice of light paint colour gives the place a refreshing look. What is expected to catch your attention here is the shelf adorned with several colourful vases of different shapes and sizes.

Food: The menu that was given to us didn’t boast a huge variety of food items. The first thing that was offered to us was a healthy and nutritious Sweet corn & Asparagus soup.

The chef added cream froth to it to make it more luscious. Apart from the ingredients used, we were also impressed with the manner in which it was served to us, nothing like a normal soup cup.

Veg Dimsums that came next were worth drooling over. Opt for Singapore Noodles if you want something light and well cooked. Tiramisu for dessert was good, but we have tried better options too.

Service: It was warm and efficient.

Our opinion: This is certainly the option you'd like to explore if you stay in Ghaziabad.
