Here are some highlights from the event for you to have a glimpse of the third day of the prestigious fashion week.

The Milan Fashion Week, ever since commencing on September 17, has been offering individual looks, apt for the fall season. Additionally, the renowned designers have also been setting the stage for Spring-Summer 2025 with their ethereal outfits. Thursday marked the third day of the fashion week, featuring some masterpieces from brands like Prada, Maccapani, Armani and Moschino. Here are some highlights from the event for you to have a glimpse of the third day of the prestigious fashion week.

Prada’s womenswear previews

Prada’s Spring-Summer 2025 womenswear collection primarily was about versatile skirts, suspended with rings from belts around the waist, taking fashionistas back to the 1990s. A-line treated leather skirts with circle cutouts, high-waist trousers and knitwear had two-dimensional collars, and came with a post-modern futuristic touch. At the center stage of the designers’ elements were sunglasses and topless hats with tinted viewing panels.

Emporio Armani’s collection

Titled Future Perfect, Emporio Armani’s collection was a fresh twist to masculine codes that revamped neckties along the way. Women were dressed in a men’s suit, with a sequined tie worn playfully as a bandeau top under a jacket. However, they balanced masculinity and femininity by incorporating soft jackets and flowing trousers, blousons and outerwear. The colour palette included muted neutrals and bright hues along with beads and sequins.

Max Mara collection

Max Mara’s designer numbers featured asymmetrical, draping dresses, or voluminous skirts and the revival of the 1980s jacket tied at the side. The brand’s trademark monochromes also included a touch of sensuality with the incorporation of bra tops, slits and cutouts for an oomph factor. Further, the long jackets and hemlines offered ample cover. A crisp white shirt with folded cuffs and a leg-baring jacket-body suit combination was the brand’s trademark outerwear.

Moschino

Moschino’s creative director Adrian Appiolaza introduced the collection including white gowns on the crisp cotton canvas with twisted, tied and draped elements, elaborated with ruffles and cutouts.

In his third collection for the brand, the designer continued his love for graphic prints and proportions with the inclusion of a little black dress and floral numbers.

Maccapani

Margherita Maccapani Missoni named her new fashion baby after herself and opted for a fashion philosophy that is a mix of the old and new. The Maccapani brand was not just the familiar cotton version but also jacquard and lurex. Additionally, the streetwear or athleisure had a feminine and elegant touch, put together perfectly.
