Kochi: Indian middle order batsman and man of the match in the Goa ODI Yuvraj Singh injured his shin and missed the practoice session on Wednesday morning.
He was been taken for a MRI scan as a precautionary measure which declared him fit to play in the Kochi One-Dayer on Thursday.
Skipper Rahul Dravid also said the Punjab left-hander is fit and available for selection for the match.
India has already lost Sachin Tendulkar to a shoulder injury and he will be missing in action for nearly two months.
On the other hand England, too, have had their share of injuries. Even before the series began the visitors saw their skipper Michael Vaughan getting injured and the next to go were fast bowler Simon Jones and Steve Harmison.
Their best bastman of the series, Kevin Pietersen, missed the Goa One-Dayer to an upset stomach.
India leads the seven-match series 3-0 and England must win the Kochi ODI to make a comeback into the series.
