According to police, interrogations revealed that the clothes worn by the deceased had some connection to AP. The team has reached AP, after completing its investigations in New Delhi, Agra, Nagpur and Warangal railway stations, which is the route followed by the GT Express running between New Delhi and Chennai Central.BottlenecksAlthough 10 days have passed since the body was discovered in an unreserved compartment, the police have been unable to make any headway due to various difficulties, sources claim.According to them, attempts to obtain footage from CCTVs in a few major railway stations failed as the security gadgets were reportedly not functioning. Moreover, as the trunk was placed in an unreserved coach, it has become a tough task to obtain the list of travellers. Sources added that special squads of Travelling Ticket Examiners, did not enter the coach on that particular day. “Though this is not a vital clue, they could have thrown some information that might have helped,” an official said.
