TD Telangana men stage dharna in Delhi

HYDERABAD: Telangana Telugu Desam Forum (TTDF) leaders on Thursday staged a dharna near Jantar Mantar in Delhi demanding that the Central government initiate the process of carving separate Telangana state immediately.Addressing the gathering, TTDF convenor E Dayakar Rao alleged that the Congress was going back on its promise of T-state. He demanded that all the Congress MLAs and MPs should resubmit their resignations for the cause of T-state.Senior leader K Srihari speaking on the occasion said that Article 3 of the Constitution had provided powers to the Centre to divide the state and it was their responsibility to do so.  Several TDP leaders including Nama Nageswara Rao, T Devender Goud, MPs, former MPs and MLAs took part in the dharna.
