Mumbai: Another music show Yeh Shaam Mastaani is going to hit the small screen on May 3rd with a host of singing sensations like Sunidhi Chauhan, Sukhvinder Singh, Kailash Kher, Shaan, Shankar Mahadevan, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and Kunal Ganjawala not competing, or playing judges, but simply singing.
“We will share our musical journey. People who haven’t seen our live concerts can now sit at home, relax and watch us perform,” says singer Sunidhi Chauhan.
Among the various reality shows running on television, this is a musical show. It is like a concert with one difference that it will be on television. There will be interaction with the public and the songs will also be improvised,” says Sukhwinder Singh.
These music professionals definitely do not consider the current spree of talent hunts to be the ideal way of reaching the top.
“When I came six-seven years ago, there were no talent hunts. However, nowadays even if you have lost in the show but you have cried, you manage to get good work,” says Kailash Kher.
None of the contestants of this reality musical show will shed tears and the viewers can just sit back and enjoy the sound of music.
