Mumbai: Shah Rukh Khan who's busy promoting his forthcoming film RA.One these days will be seen playing a gaming software engineer in the film.
He says, "My character is named Shekhar Subramaniam in the film. He is a Tamilaian based in London. He loves his son and tries to be friends with him. Shekhar goes out for movies and football matches with his son. However, he still thinks that his dad is not so cool. Even my kids think so as I am a little strict at home and don’t talk like them."
In the film, SRK is trying to develop a game from long, but keeps failing. Then his son asks him to create a game where the villain is more powerful than hero. And there comes RA.One, Random Access 1 and mythologically it refers to the Ravan from Ramayan.
Shah Rukh Khan says he wants to connect to the young audience through RA.One. "My kids say they are bored of seeing me as a romantic hero. So this is for them. However, I will still be seen doing a Dildara in the movie, so you can call me a romantic superhero."
