THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: State Bank of Travancore (SBT) has decided to waive the education loans availed of by Remya Rajappan and P K Vineetha, who lost their lives while saving the lives of several patients trapped in the AMRI Hospital fire.The bank authorities have instructed its Uzhavoor and Kothanalloor branches accordingly.“SBT has shown its commitment as a corporate citizen, to recognise the sacrificial demise of two nurses who saved several lives during the fire at AMRI Hospital in Kolkata,” said a press release from SBT here on Tuesday.
