CHENNAI: Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan (PSBB) has opened its new wing in Eden Park — an integrated Township (Phase I) of L&T in 90 acres of lush expanse at Siruseri. Classes for this academic year have begun. The three-acre school is opened for first batch of around 150 students from pre-KG to Class 5. Higher classes will open up during next academic year.The full-fledged school will have amenities like assembly area, play ground, cricket pitch, tennis court, swimming pool, auditorium etc. In addition, the Eden Park will also maintain the PSBB standards by having English Lab, Biology Lab, Creative Sciences Lab, Social Studies Lab, Computer Lab etc, giving the residents the advantage of quality education to their children. Teachers with sound experience and subject knowledge, committed to education are to impart knowledge in aconducive ambience. Logistics for students’ commutation to and from school adds more to the convenience.In a 90-acre property of the township, Phase I of Eden Park settlement consists of 14 acres with eight towers having 654 apartments completed. Nearly 300 customers have taken possession of their apartments in the first four towers and close to 50 residents have already occupied the premises. The remaining four towers are to be handed over soon.
