BELLARY: Former minister B Sreeramulu’s re-entry into BJP fold looks uncertain, with party state president K S Eshwarappa making it clear that he will not be included again, notwithstanding the revoking of suspension of four party MLAs from Bellary.Speaking on the sidelines of a function here on Saturday, Eshwarappa said that the suspension orders of the four Bellary legislators who campaigned against the party in the recently-concluded Bellary bypoll have been withdrawn based on directions of seniors leaders. When asked whether the BJP has any morality, Eshwarappa reacted angrily, “It was left for us to decide; you can write whatever you feel about this.” The BJP leader chose to walk out when asked whether party leaders adhere to moral principles while discharging their duties.Eshwarappa exuded confidence at the prospects of Chief Minister D V Sadananda Gowda’s in the byelection to the Legislative Council. He added that the CM would visit Bellary on December 29 and hold a development review meeting.“The BJP will be strengthened at the grass-roots and party district committee will be reorganised,” he averred.
