CHENNAI: Kidney and dialysis specialist from Andhra Pradesh, Nephroplus, have announced their foray into the Tamil Nadu market on Friday. According to Sandeep Gudibanda, Co-founder and Director of the company, their plan is to set up a strong base of dedicated dialysis clinics in Chennai and then as many as seven clinics in the other districts. Following Nephroplus’ entry into Karnataka recently, this is the third state that they are looking to operate in.Gudibanda said that their speciality is advanced kidney care at ‘competitively affordable’ prices. Also, the fact that their record of zero cross infections (other diseases contracted during dialysis) was a selling point, according to him. The clinics, that are expected to come up in the next six months, will be either stand-alone centres or sectioned in partnering hospitals.
