The furniture business crashed when his partner fled Dubai with a hefty sum.Bijish requested for some more time for repayment but the accused forcefully took him to their residence and held hostage for four days. Messages were sent to Bijish’s parents in Malappuram demanding Rs 35 lakh for his release. The relatives of Bijish contacted Salam Pappinissery of United Advocates at Sharjah in this regard.A complaint was registered with the Dubai Police and tracing the mobile number, police arrested Thahir from Karama.
