KOCHI: Forest and Sports Minister and Kerala Congress (B) leader K B Ganesh Kumar has said that he welcomed the investigation by any agency into the Valakom teacher attack case.Ganesh Kumar, who spoke to reporters during his visit to the Govt Sports School at Panampilly Nagar here, said he was confident that the truth would be revealed soon.About the change in statements by Krishnakumar, the teacher, Ganesh Kumar said it was the duty of the investigating officers to look into such issues. On the Opposition meeting the Governor to seek a judicial inquiry into the telephone controversy involving Kerala Congress leader and his father R Balakrishna Pillai, the minister said it was the right of the Opposition to do so.“The Chief Minister has taken a proper stand by giving due respect to the law in this regard. “It is not the duty of the LDF and the CPM to conduct a probe into the issue. There are skilled forces in the state to look into such issues,” Ganesh Kumar said.
