Aamir Khan’s appearance on Amitabh Bachchan’s quiz show Kaun Banega Crorepati 16 was nothing short of an entertainment extravaganza. Aamir was joined by his son Junaid Khan, who recently made his acting debut with the film Maharaj, streaming on Netflix. As the dynamic trio came together, the dose of fun was guaranteed. Big B, too, immersed himself in the joyous moments, even asking questions to Junaid about his personal life.
The conversation began as Junaid Khan, while on the sets of Kaun Banega Crorepati 16, asked Amitabh Bachchan, “Sir aap shadi ke din nervous the, excited the (Sir were you excited or nervous during your wedding)?” Shocked father, Aamir, quickly intervenes telling his son, “Arey yaar aise sawal nai puchte bhai. Kuch bhi puch raha hai yeh (Arey Such questions should not be asked. You are asking anything).”
Big B then replies to Junaid Khan, asking him about his love life. He questioned, “Aapka shadi ab tak hua nai. Bhaisahab aapki yaadon mei koi hai kya aane wali (You are not yet married. Sir, do you have someone in your mind whom you want to marry)?” Junaid, however, tried dodging the question, telling the veteran star that he would talk about it later.
In another clip, Aamir Khan was also seen asking Amitabh Bachchan, “I have one question for you. Aapko apni shaadi ki date yaad hai. (Do you remember your wedding date)”. Quick enough to reply, Big B says, “June 3, 1973”. As Aamir asked him for evidence, the legendary actor was left speechless. Aamir, who had come fully prepared, told him that he had proof, and it was Big B’s wedding card. He said, “Mere pas ek sabut hai (I have one). Your wedding card. And meine aapko number one fan hone ka sabut dia hai (With this I have proved that I am your biggest fan).”
In terms of work, Amitabh Bachchan was last seen in Nag Ashwin’s Kalki 2898 AD. The dystopian sci-fi action-thriller also featured Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Disha Patani, Kamal Haasan, Saswata Chatterjee and others.
